Preventative Health Assessment & Treatment
Comprehensive Fitness Assessment

NOTHING CAN BE MANAGED, UNLESS IT CAN BE MEASURED!
In this assessment the individual will be evaluated head to toe with the goal of measuring the current state of physical health from many different perspectives. Starting with functional mobility assessments, cardiovascular and neurological testing, muscular strength analysis, in depth vitals assessment and more. This is the ideal launching pad for the individual that does not necessarily have a pain complaint but rather wants to just get healthier. Most exercise or diet plans fail not because of poor motivation but from poor direction and an improper starting point. Let us help you achieve your goals whether they are building strength, losing weight, or simply striving for better mobility.

Modified Independent Conditioning Program

Designed to be the bridge between Physical Therapy treatment and joining a gym. Many times a patient still requires some additional strengthening and conditioning beyond their Commercial Insurance appointment or Medicare cap limit but is not quite ready to join up with a Personal Trainer. It is important to note that this is NOT a Traditional Skilled Physical Therapy treatment session but rather a guided work out plan to continue toward your health goals. Call us for Pricing!

Client Reviews

Just came off knee surgery three weeks ago things have not progressed as well as I was hoping. Stopped to see Dan and we talked extensively about my history after the evaluation working on a plan to build some strength back. Thanks Dan

A truly informed, experienced Physiotherapist with a wide range of up to date expertise that allows him to look at the whole picture. An important part of his skill is his capacity to fully hear the patient. This careful listening allows him to be flexible in his approach which is genuinely patient adaptive. Would highly recommend…

Treatment Packages

We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and all subsidiaries, MVP, Cigna, and Medicare. We continue to always offer cash or Out of network payment options as well. Many times this ends up saving the patient hundreds of dollars off the total amount of treatment. Copays and deductibles keep rising and many individuals find that paying cash with a prompt payment discount allows for greater convenience and an up front account of their expenses, rather than getting blindsided by a medical bill down the road.
